Beauty Expressway is hiring an experienced and result-driven Beauty Service at Home Manager in Patna to lead and manage our rapidly growing Salon Services at Home Division. This position is ideal for professionals with experience in salon management, spa operations, beauty service coordination, or home beauty service business management.
As a Beauty Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily service operations, staff coordination, revenue management, customer satisfaction, and business growth of our doorstep beauty services.
✔ Manage complete operations of the Home Beauty Service Division
✔ Recruit, train, and supervise beauticians and makeup artists
✔ Handle appointment scheduling and service route planning
✔ Ensure on-time doorstep service delivery
✔ Maintain strict hygiene and quality control standards
✔ Monitor customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
✔ Manage inventory kits and service materials
✔ Track revenue, expenses, and profitability
✔ Develop promotional and marketing strategies to increase bookings
✔ Coordinate with marketing team for local promotions and social media campaigns
✔ Maintain pricing structure and service packages
✔ Ensure safety compliance for staff and clients
✔ Assign staff based on skill and service requirements
✔ Monitor punctuality and professional behavior
✔ Maintain customer database and follow-up system
✔ Supervise billing and payment collection (UPI, Cash, Online Transfer)
✔ Maintain daily service and performance reports
✔ Implement membership and subscription plans for recurring clients
✔ Graduate (Business, Hospitality, or Beauty Management preferred)
✔ 2–5 years experience in salon, spa, or beauty operations management
✔ Strong leadership and team management skills
✔ Knowledge of beauty treatments and service standards
✔ Good communication skills in Hindi & English
✔ Basic knowledge of Excel and billing software
✔ Ability to manage high booking volume efficiently
